The Visa Bulletin for September 2012 has come out showing some significant movements in the family-sponsored preferences. This coming September, those in the F1, F2A and F2B categories for all countries of chargeability will experience significant forward movement of priority dates being processed. SEPTEMBER 2012 FAMILY-SPONSORED PREFERENCES As for employment-based preferences, no movement for all chargeability will take place for the 2nd preference while little movement will take place for the 3rd preference.
